The $33,000 is fine and $15,000 is actually a decent price for the engine installed.I have a problem with the $17,000 equity their asking for.if that is their profit and willing to finance, it should be a 0  % interest loan.I'm not interested @ $ 50,000.Split the differance and offer them $7500.
