Items planned for October's meeting:

  - Pilot Workshop Scenarios (NORDO Below The OROCA)
  - Question Of The Month
  - Spot The Errors
  - Insert your item here (suggestions wanted)

The scenario for this month should provide some good discussion.

Here's the Question Of The Month (don't reply now; come ready to discuss
at the meeting):

On departure from Norwood, MA (KOWD) you have received a simple
  clearance:

    Norwood 2 departure
    RV LBSTA
    Direct
    Maintain 2000
    Expect 6000 10 min. after

You depart runway 35 and look over the Norwood Two Departure plate.
  The textual description says:

TAKEOFF RWY 35: Climb heading 280 CW 330 as assigned by ATC,
    thence ....

What does CW 330 mean in the textual description? How would you
  execute this procedure?

Will you miss this month's meeting? If so, please consider attending
Steve Cunningham's EAA IMC Club Manchester Chapter Meeting at 1830L on
Tuesday, October 17th, 2017 in Room 216, Ammon Center, 175 Ammon Dr.,
Manchester, NH 03103. Both meetings are sponsored by National Flight
Simulator.
