Here is the Question Of The Month from Radek:
The MEA of T298 is 11700, but V208 is 11300. Typically, T-routes have
lower MEA's than nearby Victor airways since they rely on the GPS
signal to navigate. Why would a T-route have a higher MEA than a
Victor airway that follows the same route?
