Seriously, though, the ranges we generally agreed on living with were
$10K to $15K per person with four to five members.  We haven't worked
out monthly and hourly costs, but they should be a bit below the ones we
talked about before because of the goal of avoiding financing.

(If we end up with four members and the plane we want is a little more
costly, I'd vote in favor of paying just $60K out of pocket and
financing the balance.  Having a $10K or $20K balance financed doesn't
sound too bad to me, and for a bank I'd expect it to look like extremely
low risk.  I'd be willing to sign a note that small myself ...)
